Multisensory Reinforcement

When you click "START", you will begin a simple test of sensory detection.

A visual cue (a black circle) will flash on either the left or right side of the screen. At the same time, an auditory cue (a short beep) will sound on the same side of your headphones.

You will respond with either the left arrow key or right arrow key on your keyboard, depending on which side you perceived the visual and auditory cues to be on.

There will be 20 cues in total. Answer as quickly as possible, but try not to sacrifice accuracy. When you complete the test, you will receive a set of your results and reaction times.

Ensure that your headphones are on correctly, and that your sound is turned on.
